Terms of Sale

1. Overview

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases, advertising agreements, and paid services offered through SupportArmenian.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By completing a purchase or submitting payment for any of our services, you ("Buyer" or "Client") agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Products and Services

SupportArmenian.com offers the following paid products and services:

2.1 Advertising Placements

• Banner ads, sponsored listings, and featured business placements on the SupportArmenian.com directory and associated pages.
• Advertising packages are sold on a monthly or campaign basis as specified at the time of purchase.
• Ad placements are subject to availability and editorial review.

2.2 Web Design Services

• Custom website design, development, and related digital services provided by SupportArmenian.com on behalf of the client.
• Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided prior to payment.

2.3 Business Directory Listings (Premium)

• Enhanced or featured listings within the SupportArmenian.com business directory.
• Standard directory listings are free. Paid listings include additional visibility features as described on the advertising page.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Pricing for each service will be confirmed before payment is processed.

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a written payment schedule has been agreed upon.
• We accept payment via the methods listed on our payment page (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods).
• For web design projects, a deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments are processed securely. SupportArmenian.com does not store credit card information.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Advertising Services

Due to the nature of digital advertising, all advertising purchases are non-refundable once a campaign has launched or ad placement has gone live. If a campaign has not yet launched, cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

4.2 Web Design Services

Deposits for web design projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, compensation will be due for all work completed to date, calculated at our standard hourly rate. Any remaining balance beyond work completed will be refunded within 14 business days.

4.3 Premium Listings

Refund requests for premium listing fees must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before the listing has been activated. Once a premium listing is live, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

5. Advertising Standards and Approval

All advertising content is subject to review and approval by SupportArmenian.com. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that:

• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Promotes products or services that violate applicable law.
• Is offensive, discriminatory, or contrary to the values of the Armenian community.
• Conflicts with the mission or brand standards of SupportArmenian.com.

If an ad is rejected after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. Approval of an initial ad does not guarantee approval of future ad revisions.

6. Web Design Project Terms

• The client is responsible for providing all required content, images, copy, and materials needed to complete the project within agreed timelines.
• Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials may result in revised project timelines and/or additional fees.
• SupportArmenian.com retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.
• Any requests for changes beyond the agreed project scope will be subject to additional fees, quoted separately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by SupportArmenian.com remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement. SupportArmenian.com retains all rights to its own brand assets, website design, and proprietary tools.

8. Delivery of Services

Digital advertising placements will be activated within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase, typically within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Web design project timelines will be outlined in the project agreement. SupportArmenian.com is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

SupportArmenian.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms of Sale shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County.

11. Changes to These Terms

SupportArmenian.com reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our paid services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
