2. Description of Service

SupportArmenian.com is an online directory connecting users with Armenian-owned businesses across the United States and internationally. Our services include:

• A searchable directory of Armenian-owned businesses across multiple categories
• Business profiles with contact information, services, and customer reviews
• Community features including a blog, job board, and events calendar
• Tools for business owners to manage and promote their listings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Site require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel listings at our sole discretion.

4. Business Listings

Business owners and representatives may submit listings to the directory. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to submit the listing on behalf of the business
• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• The business is genuinely Armenian-owned or has significant Armenian community ties
• Your listing does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• You will keep your listing information current and up to date

SupportArmenian reserves the right to approve, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that listings will be published or remain published.

Reviews and Ratings: User-submitted reviews must be honest, firsthand accounts. We prohibit fake reviews, review manipulation, and reviews posted by business owners about their own business. We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, businesses, or the Armenian community
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data without our permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and removal of all associated content.

6. Advertising Packages & Payments

SupportArmenian offers paid advertising packages to Armenian-owned businesses. By purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms:

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are one-time flat fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price at the time of your purchase is final.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. SupportArmenian does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

What's Included: Each package includes the specific deliverables described on our Advertise page at the time of purchase. We will begin fulfillment within 1–3 business days of receiving your payment and required business information.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital advertising and content creation services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, we will issue a full refund at our discretion. For questions or concerns, contact us at operationarmenia@gmail.com.

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate business information and any assets (photos, logos, promotional details) needed to fulfill your package in a timely manner. Delays caused by late asset delivery may affect your campaign timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SupportArmenian.com and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to the Site (including business descriptions, photos, and reviews), you grant SupportArmenian a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and our promotional materials.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SupportArmenian does not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Business listing information is accurate, complete, or current
• Any reviews or ratings are truthful or representative
• The Site will meet your specific requirements

Directory listings do not constitute an endorsement of any business by SupportArmenian. We encourage users to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupportArmenian and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Disputes between users and listed businesses
• Errors or inaccuracies in business listing information
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
