2. Description of Service

SupportArmenian.com is an online directory connecting users with Armenian-owned businesses across the United States and internationally. Our services include:

• A searchable directory of Armenian-owned businesses across multiple categories
• Business profiles with contact information, services, and customer reviews
• Community features including a blog, job board, and events calendar
• Tools for business owners to manage and promote their listings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Site require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel listings at our sole discretion.

4. Business Listings

Business owners and representatives may submit listings to the directory. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to submit the listing on behalf of the business
• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• The business is genuinely Armenian-owned or has significant Armenian community ties
• Your listing does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• You will keep your listing information current and up to date

SupportArmenian reserves the right to approve, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that listings will be published or remain published.

Reviews and Ratings: User-submitted reviews must be honest, firsthand accounts. We prohibit fake reviews, review manipulation, and reviews posted by business owners about their own business. We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Removal Requests: If your business has been listed on SupportArmenian and you would like to be removed from the directory, please email us at info@supportarmenian.com with your business name and request. We will process your removal within 5 business days.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, businesses, or the Armenian community
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data without our permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and removal of all associated content.

6. Advertising Packages & Payments

SupportArmenian offers paid advertising packages to Armenian-owned businesses. By purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms:

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are one-time flat fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price at the time of your purchase is final.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. SupportArmenian does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

What's Included: Each package includes the specific deliverables described on our Advertise page at the time of purchase. We will begin fulfillment within 1–3 business days of receiving your payment and required business information.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital advertising and content creation services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, we will issue a full refund at our discretion. For questions or concerns, contact us at info@supportarmenian.com.

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate business information and any assets (photos, logos, promotional details) needed to fulfill your package in a timely manner. Delays caused by late asset delivery may affect your campaign timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SupportArmenian.com and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to the Site (including business descriptions, photos, and reviews), you grant SupportArmenian a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and our promotional materials.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Photo Rights Disclaimer: Photos and images displayed on individual business listing pages may be sourced from the respective business's website, social media profiles, or submitted directly by the business owner. SupportArmenian does not claim ownership of these images and does not assert any intellectual property rights over them. All images remain the property of their respective rights holders. If you believe an image displayed on our Site infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA / Copyright Takedown policy below.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, social media profiles (including Instagram, Facebook, and others), and external business pages. These links are provided for convenience only. SupportArmenian does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites.

Business listing information — including phone numbers, addresses, hours, and services — is provided by business owners or sourced from publicly available information. SupportArmenian does not independently verify all listing details and is not responsible for inaccuracies or changes in that information. We encourage users to confirm details directly with the business before making decisions.

Armenian Ownership: Listings are included based on self-reported ownership information or publicly available community knowledge. SupportArmenian does not independently certify or guarantee that any listed business is Armenian-owned. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a formal endorsement or verification of ownership claims.

Affiliate Links: Some pages on the Site contain affiliate links, including links to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, SupportArmenian earns from qualifying purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which businesses appear in our directory, and recommended products are chosen independently.

Talent & Creator Profiles: The Site also features profiles for Armenian influencers, creators, and talent. The same rules that apply to business listings apply to talent profiles: profile information — including bios, rates, social links, and follower counts — is self-reported by the talent or entered by our team and is not independently verified. Follower counts are updated manually and may not reflect current numbers; check the linked social profiles for up-to-date figures. Inclusion of a talent profile does not constitute an endorsement.

9. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

SupportArmenian respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to us.

To be valid, your notice must include:

11. Limitation of Liability
