Armenian Family Saturday School has been teaching in Glendale for about 40 years, and roughly 1,700 students have come through its classes over that time. The program pairs Armenian language instruction with Armenian culture and identity, which the school names as part of its purpose rather than an extra. Because it meets on Saturdays, families can take it on without changing a child's regular school. The school publishes a phone line for inquiries, so call (818) 281-1218 to ask about levels, age groups and registration.
