Greenbar Distillery was founded in 2004 by Melkon Khosrovian, who was born in Yerevan, and his wife Litty Mathew. It was the first distillery in Los Angeles since Prohibition and is now the largest, making an all-organic portfolio of spirits, bitters and liqueurs in the Arts District.
