The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund is the pan-Armenian fundraising and development foundation established in 1992 by presidential decree, with affiliates across the diaspora. It channels diaspora donations into infrastructure, education, health and resettlement projects in Armenia and formerly Artsakh, and is best known for its annual worldwide Telethon. Projects include village and regional infrastructure, school and hospital construction, water and irrigation systems and housing.
