About

The Henrik Igityan National Centre for Aesthetics is Armenia's national arts centre for children, grown out of the country's first children's art museum, opened in 1970. It runs fine art and decorative art studios, a children's theatre, a children's orchestra and a dance studio, and it exhibits the work its young members produce. The centre has branches in Goris, Gyumri, Meghri and Vanadzor, so families outside the capital can take part too. It serves children who want serious creative training rather than one off workshops. Programme and enrolment information is published on nca.am.
