Karabachian Architects, Inc.

Karabachian Architects, Inc (KAi) is a full-service architecture office located in the La Crescenta area of the City of Glendale, California. Headed by husband-and-wife team Talar and Sevak Karabachian, the firm delivers thoughtful design across residential and commercial projects throughout the Los Angeles area.

Talar graduated with honors from California State University Northridge. Sevak graduated from Harvard in 2010 and went on to work for Frank Gehry in Los Angeles, having previously worked at Michael Maltzan Architecture. The two met in 2015 and married in 2016 — their first project together was their own Glendale condo.

By 2019, Sevak acquired his California Architect's license and the firm became fully operational as a full-service design firm — building with confidence, one project at a time.
