The Armenian Genocide memorial stands in the Parc du Souvenir Arménien at the start of avenue du 24 Avril 1915 in Marseille’s 12th, the street named for the date the Genocide began. It was dedicated on 24 April 2006 and the community gathers there every 24 April.
