Mouflon is a modern Armenian restaurant in a lane off Znamenka, a short walk from Borovitskaya, opened in 2022 by Armenian restaurateur Stepan Tsarukyan. Tsarukyan previously ran the restaurant Yasaman and a cheese dairy in Yerevan, and Mouflon is his first venue in Russia. The kitchen works from Armenian regional cooking rather than a fixed canon, and in 2026 the restaurant introduced a multi course Armenian tasting menu called Legend of Hayastan. There is live music most evenings.
