About
Petrossian was founded in Paris in 1920 by the Armenian brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian, who introduced caviar to France. The house remains entirely family owned and is run today by Mikael and Alexandre Petrossian, with a boutique, épicerie fine and restaurant on boulevard de La Tour-Maubourg. Its Armenian restaurant Mantchouk opened in the 17th.
