Founded in 2019, Pop Carousel Events is a Los Angeles event design and production studio known for luxury balloon installations, custom backdrops, prop and kids furniture rentals, centerpieces and custom printing. The studio also handles full planning and day-of production for birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals and bar and bat mitzvahs.
