Sharian is a fourth-generation Armenian-owned rug house in Decatur, Georgia, founded by Bedros and Varthouhi Sharian, Armenian immigrants who settled in Atlanta in the early 1920s. The showroom carries antique, semi-antique, vintage and contemporary hand-knotted rugs, and the family still runs the business a century on. Alongside sales, Sharian handles rug cleaning, repair and restoration, and supplies padding, so a rug bought here can be looked after here too. A second showroom serves north metro Atlanta from Alpharetta.
