Teach For Armenia

Teach For Armenia is a movement for educational justice, founded by Larisa Hovannisian. Rooted in the spirit of the Kochari — a dance where communities move together in unison — Teach For Armenia unites leaders across the country around a shared vision of educational equity. As a flagship program under the Armenia Education Initiative (AEI), it is part of a bold platform reimagining public education in Armenia through systemic change. With a decade-long impact reaching over 60,000 students and 20% of regional schools, AEI brings together the Teacher Leadership Program, Seroond Program, Public Policy Lab, Kaits Social Innovation Incubator, and a Master's in Educational Leadership — ensuring every child, including those from Artsakh, has access to high-quality, modern, and empowering education.
