Voskeni is a family winery on vineyards once owned by Smbat Matevosyan and now farmed by his heirs, the Mkrtchyan family, with Ararat Mkrtchyan as co-founder. It makes Areni, Voskehat, Khatun Kharji and Haghtanak wines, including the Sardarapati and 130 Areni reserves. Visitors can take vineyard lunches, barrel tastings with the owner-winemaker, and eat at a home-restaurant looking out at Mount Ararat.
