Borodashvili is the flagship Caucasian restaurant of BORODA GROUP in Krasnodar, the group directed by Grigory Palyan. Palyan started the business as a hookah bar called 13Boroda at nineteen and built it out into a group that now includes Borodashvili senior and junior, Borodashvili Lounge and SakhaliDze. The menu is Caucasian across the region rather than specifically Armenian. There are further Borodashvili locations in Anapa and Gelendzhik.
