Homenetmen France is the French branch of the Armenian General Athletic Union and Scouts, and it opened its sports and cultural complex of about 3,000 square metres at 6 Rue Rabelais in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Activities centre on football, Armenian scout troops, youth sport and cultural events. Homenetmen has been one of the main organizers of Armenian youth life in the diaspora since the early twentieth century, and the French branch carries that work in the Paris region.
