Kavkaz Resto is a small Armenian, Georgian and Caucasian grill on Rue Lucien-Thimens in Ville Saint-Laurent, open evenings only. Shashlik and charcoal kebabs are the backbone, with lamb and barbecue platters, khinkali, khachapuri, grilled mushrooms and potatoes, house salads and honey cake. Closed early in the week, so call ahead.
