Lahmajoun Sevan is an Armenian bakery on Boulevard Cartier Ouest in Chomedey, Laval, led by the couple Arthur Yeghyazarian and Tereza Palyan and trading since 1987. The bakery says it was the first in greater Montreal to make Armenian pizza, and it still works from traditional Armenian recipes. Lahmajoun and za’atar lahmajoun come out alongside beuregs baked on site, puffs and snacks, and the bakery supplies schools, CEGEPs and restaurants across Montreal and Laval wholesale. Closed Sundays.
