Lavash is an Armenian restaurant on Victoria Park Avenue in Scarborough, run by co-owners and family friends Armen Jakjakian and Shant Ghazarian. The menu runs through manti, dolma, kebbeh and mouhamara, a house fattoush, cold mezze and halal charcoal skewers including minced beef kebab, filet mignon and shish tawook. The dining room carries an Armenian alphabet wall in the colours of the flag and pomegranates worked into the ceiling art, and a live singer performs on Saturday nights. Dine in, takeout and delivery.
