Noah’s Ark is a Mediterranean and Armenian restaurant and bakery on East Barstow Avenue in Fresno, run with diner style seating and a menu whose items riff on the Noah’s Ark story. It is owned by Arut Mkhitaryan, who grew up in Armenia running a baklava bakery before emigrating and who has since opened several Fresno restaurants.
