Sts. Tarkmanchatz is the school of the Armenian Orthodox Church and its Patriarchate in the Armenian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. Founded in 1929, it teaches from kindergarten through elementary, preparatory and secondary years, with Armenian language and religion in the curriculum. The Armenian Quarter is one of the four quarters of the Old City and holds one of the oldest continuous Armenian communities anywhere, and this school educates its children inside the walls.
