AGBU Plovdiv is the Armenian General Benevolent Union's chapter in Plovdiv, home to one of Bulgaria's Armenian communities. The chapter awards AGBU scholarships and sends local Armenian children and young adults on AGBU summer programmes, which bring participants together with young Armenians from other countries. It also makes referrals to AGBU's Summer Internship Program. For families in Plovdiv, the chapter is the practical link between a Bulgarian Armenian upbringing and the organisation's international opportunities. Students and parents interested in scholarships or summer programmes approach the chapter through AGBU Europe.
