The Azad Gharibian Dance Group is an Armenian folk dance group in Melbourne, associated with the AGBU Melbourne chapter. Its dancers perform traditional Armenian repertoire at community occasions, including AGBU Melbourne's 2025 welcome reception. Dance groups like this one give Armenian Australians a visible way to carry the culture, and they give younger dancers a reason to learn the regional styles properly. The group works alongside the other Armenian cultural organisations of Melbourne. Dancers wanting to join, and organisers looking to book a performance, can enquire through the AGBU Melbourne chapter.
