The Gelendzhik Borodashvili is the third Black Sea coast location of the brand built by Grigory Palyan's BORODA GROUP out of Krasnodar. Like the Anapa branch it works to a resort season, with the menu following the Krasnodar original. Cooking is Caucasian rather than specifically Armenian, and the Armenian connection is ownership. Booking is advisable in July and August.
