Boulangerie Arax is an Armenian and Middle Eastern bakery on Boulevard Samson in Laval, named for the Aras river that runs along Armenia’s border. The ovens produce lahmajoun, za’atar manakish and a tomato and olive version, beureg and spinach pies, Armenian cookies, tahini bread, date rolls and rose jam.
