The Church of St George, Surb Gevorg, on Novoryadskaya Street in Volgograd was built between 2000 and 2003 and consecrated on 27 September 2003 by Archbishop Yezras Nersisyan. It serves the Armenian community of Volgograd as a parish of the Diocese of New Nakhichevan and Russia, with Ter Magakia Ohanyan as priest.
