Dînette Bardèz is a Levantine snack bar on Rue Bernard Ouest in Mile End that calls itself a tribute to the cuisine of the Armenian diaspora. It opened in 2026 and the counter menu runs through a lamb and beef kafta burger, a chicken burger with tahini and sumac, an akawie sandwich and a manakeesh sandwich with za’atar and cheese, with macarona béchamel, batata harra with toum, cheese or spinach beurek, sujukh rolls and a baklava cheesecake. Open Wednesday through Sunday.
