Homenetmen Ainjar serves the Armenian community of Anjar, in Lebanon's Bekaa valley. As a chapter of the Armenian General Athletic Union and Scouts it runs sports and scouting, the twin programmes of the movement. The chapter is listed as active in the Homenetmen central chapter directory and belongs to Homenetmen Lebanon. For young people in a town away from Beirut, the chapter provides organised sport and scout activity close to home. Families join through the chapter or the Lebanese association.
