Homenetmen Damascus is the Syrian capital's chapter of the Armenian General Athletic Union and Scouts. Its programme rests on sports and scouting, the pairing that Homenetmen uses in Armenian communities around the world. The chapter appears as an active chapter in the Homenetmen central chapter directory. For Armenian families in Damascus it offers children a specifically Armenian setting for sport and scout activity, with Armenian language and company alongside the training. Anyone wanting to take part can make contact locally or through the Homenetmen organisation, as no public address or website is listed.
