Mgnig is a French Armenian educational workshop founded in Paris in 1990 and held at Ecole Sainte Catherine on rue des Bernardins in the fifth arrondissement. Saturday sessions cover Armenian reading and writing for ages 3 to 18, oral expression workshops, theatre classes and preparation for the Armenian option of the baccalaureat. The structure suits families who want serious Armenian literacy for their children without leaving the French school system. Mgnig serves Armenian families across Paris and its suburbs.
