Nareg Armenian School is the Armenian community school of Nicosia, on Armenia Street in Strovolos beside the Armenian Prelature of Cyprus. It covers elementary education and continues into the Nareg Gymnasium at junior high level, with a roll of roughly 120 to 135 pupils. Armenian language teaching runs through the curriculum, which is how the Armenian Cypriot community, one of the island's recognized religious groups, has kept the language in daily use.
