Probka na Tsvetnom is the Moscow flagship of Probka Family, the restaurant group founded by Aram Mnatsakanov, who was born into an Armenian family in Baku and built his first restaurants in St Petersburg. It opened in 2012 as his first Moscow venue and serves Italian food and wine. The cuisine is Italian rather than Armenian, so the Armenian connection here is the ownership. The restaurant also runs delivery.
