Zavarian School is an Armenian primary school in Athens covering grades one to four. The Armenian Embassy in Greece describes it as one of the Armenian oriented schools operating in the city, serving Armenian families with children at the start of their schooling. Early primary years are when Armenian reading and writing take hold, which makes a school of this kind important to the community well beyond its size. Pupils move on from here into secondary education in Athens. Families can enquire through the school and the Armenian community institutions of Athens.
