Almayass is the New York outpost of a Beirut born Armenian and Lebanese restaurant group with several Middle East locations, sited in the Flatiron District. The kitchen pairs Lebanese mezze with Armenian dishes, with mantee boats of spinach under garlic yogurt sauce as the signature, alongside hummus doused in good olive oil and garlic sauced chicken kebab. It is the upscale end of Armenian dining in the city.
