Shish Kabob House is a long running casual kabob restaurant on West Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, with a second city location. It grills seven varieties of shish kabob including lamb, beef, chicken, salmon and shrimp, all served with rice and green salad. Its roots are Armenian though the menu is pitched as broader Mediterranean, and it is open daily 10am to 9:30pm.
