Homenetmen Burbank Sipan Chapter is an Armenian-American sports, scouting, and cultural organization rooted in the Burbank community since 1995. The chapter's mission is to cultivate, nurture, and promote a community built on Homenetmen's founding principles — excellence, empowerment, inclusivity, and joy — while living out the motto 'Elevate Yourself and Elevate Others With You.' Programming spans the full Homenetmen tradition: scouting (boy and girl scouts), athletics (basketball, volleyball, table tennis, soccer, and more), the Yerets adult division, Armenian and international dance classes, cultural and educational events, summer programming, family camps, and annual community celebrations. The chapter also publishes Sipan Magazine and hosts marquee community events including the Armenian Genocide Remembrance Evening, Barekendan celebrations, and Mother's Day luncheons.
