Mina opened on Malaya Nikitskaya in 2021 as part of Probka Family, the group founded by Aram Mnatsakanov, an Armenian restaurateur who started in St Petersburg before expanding to Moscow. The menu runs Italian with a Levantine side, which puts it closer to the eastern Mediterranean than the group's other Moscow rooms. As with the rest of the group, the Armenian link is the ownership rather than the cooking. Reservations go through the Probka Family site.
