Sevan Plaza is a thirty two room hotel on Erevanskaya Street in Rostov-on-Don, opened in 2014 and owned by Arutyun Armenakovich Surmalyan, who also heads the Nakhichevan-on-Don Armenian community and founded the Sokol construction group. The street name and the hotel name both point at the Armenian history of this part of Rostov, which was the separate Armenian city of Nakhichevan-on-Don until 1928.
