In the forested resort town of Dilijan — often called 'little Switzerland' — the Dilijan Geological Museum and Art Gallery combines natural-history exhibits of the region's rocks and minerals with an unexpectedly strong fine-art collection, including Russian and European works as well as Armenian painting.
