Hamaskaine Hauts-de-Seine is the departmental chapter of Hamazkayin, the Armenian Educational and Cultural Society, west of Paris. It works from the Maison de la culture armenienne on avenue Bourgain in Issy-les-Moulineaux and runs Armenian cultural programmes through the year. The chapter also supports the Hamaskaine Tarkmantchatz Armenian school in the same town, one of two Hamazkayin schools in France. That combination of a cultural house and a school makes Issy-les-Moulineaux a centre of Armenian life in the Paris region.
