Gargach is the choral programme of Hamazkayin Lebanon, founded in Beirut in 1997. It is organized into children's, teenagers' and youth choirs, so singers move up as they grow rather than joining a single mixed group. Choral training runs through all three levels. Singing in Armenian is one of the most practical ways a diaspora community keeps the language in the mouths of its children, and Gargach does that work in Beirut. The choirs serve Armenian families across the city and its suburbs. Details are published on the Hamazkayin Lebanon regional page.
