The Homenetmen Eastern USA Region is the regional body of the Armenian General Athletic Union and Scouts for the eastern United States. It brings together twelve chapters and more than nine hundred members, and it runs the annual Navasartian Games, where chapters compete in soccer, basketball, volleyball, chess and track and field. Alongside the sport it coordinates the region's scouting programmes, which take Armenian young people to camps and jamborees. For Armenian families from Massachusetts to Florida, the region is the structure that connects a local chapter to the worldwide Homenetmen movement. Chapters and prospective members work through the regional organisation.
