The Florida chapter of Homenetmen serves Armenian families across the state. As a chapter of the Armenian General Athletic Union and Scouts it runs athletics and scouting, the two programmes the movement is built around. It appears among the Eastern USA Region chapters competing at the 32nd Navasartian Games, the region's annual competition. Florida's Armenian community is spread out, so the chapter and the regional games are a practical way for young members to meet peers from elsewhere. Joining is arranged through the chapter or the Homenetmen Eastern USA Region.
