Homenetmen Detroit is the Michigan chapter of the Armenian General Athletic Union and Scouts. It offers athletics and scouting for Armenian children and young adults, the combination Homenetmen has used since its founding. The chapter is listed among the Eastern USA Region chapters competing at the 32nd Navasartian Games, the region's yearly gathering for sport. For Armenian families in the Detroit area, the chapter is a place where sport and Armenian identity sit together week by week. New members join through the chapter and its regional structure.
